Your upfront estimate is built from trip distance/time plus real-world factors like demand and pickup effort. Final fare may adjust if the route changes, extra stops are added, or time/distance changes significantly.

A simple way to think about it:

Estimated Fare = Base Fare + (Distance × Rate) + (Time × Rate) + Pickup adjustment + Demand adjustment+ Tolls/fees (if applicable)

Rates are different for Lite, Premium, and Luxury to match vehicle quality and service level.

Demand multiplier

When many riders request trips at the same time, prices may rise to attract more drivers and reduce wait time.

Pickup effort

If you’re far from available drivers or pickup is hard-to-reach, the estimate may include a pickup adjustment.

Trip changes

Adding stops, changing destination, or major detours can change the final fare due to extra time/distance.

Ride class rates

Premium and Luxury typically cost more because of vehicle standards, comfort level, and driver tier.

How do I find a ride quickly?

Confirm your pickup pin, keep your phone available for driver calls, and choose Lite in busy areas for faster matching. If Premium/Luxury is limited in your area, switching ride type can reduce wait time.

Why did my price change compared to the last trip?

Prices can shift based on demand, traffic, pickup distance, and time of day. If demand is high, a surge/demand multiplier may apply. You’ll always see an estimate before confirming.

Can I change my destination after the ride starts?

Yes. If your route or destination changes, the final fare may update to reflect distance/time changes and tolls (where applicable).

What if I can’t find a driver?

Try moving your pickup pin to a nearby main road, switching ride type, or waiting a few minutes and retrying. Availability depends on driver supply in your area.

How do I report a lost item?

Use the in-app Support flow to contact your driver and submit a lost-item report. Include ride time, pickup/drop-off, and item description to help resolve faster.
